If you want a collectible name-tag button, we need first names for everyone in your group by Thursday 3/12/2025.
If you've been invited and won't attend, we'd like to know that too.

• 9am start setting up
• 10am first rocket launch
• 10am-6:00pm rocket pads open
• 5:30pm-6:30pm potluck dinner
  PotLuck Menu ... tell us what you'll bring
• 7:37pm Sunset
• 8:30pm IF BURN BAN IS CANCELLED: Fireworks
• 8:30 Bonfire (or campfire) & Campout
• Sunday
• 8am-10am breakfast
• 10am-noon teardown & cleanup

• 3/4/2026: Weather forecast for 3/14/2025: Plenty of Sunshine. High 76F. Winds S at 9-23 mph. Overnight low 58F.

Note: PiRhoFest is a private event

Some people have found our group through google or facebook, but unfortunately we
have to limit the size of the crowd. As a general rule, the main host families
(Skrovan, Davidson, Albachten) can invite their friends and those friends can invite
limited numbers of their friends. If you're not sure if you can attend or whether
to invite someone, contact Rudy or Joe and we'll help decide if it's appropriate.
